Condado de Alhama is the newest of the Polaris World golf resorts and is located in the Murcia region of Costa Calida, South East Spain, which is less than 45 minutes drive from Murcia San Javier airport and less than an hours drive from Alicante airport. Currently under construction is Corvera airport which when complete will be 15 minutes drive away. We can supply you with directions from all the airports.

A few kilometres inland is the Sierra Espuna mountain range and nature reserve. For beach lovers, there are various beaches 15 minutes drive away at Boleneuvo, Puerto de Mazarron and Isla Plana. Heading east will take you to the Mar Menor and La Manga, the largest salt water lake in Europe, with water temperature several degrees warmer than the Med on the other side of the lagoon.




Our apartment has 3 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, lounge and two patios. The front patio looks out onto the swimming pool and children's play area.

Shoppers can enjoy the upmarket malls and retail parks in the nearby cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Lorca. The Condado de Alhama resort is part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail, a circuit which will provide 9 courses within a radius of 25km.
